Refund policy
We have a 24 hour return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return by emailing info@asdzaaboutique.com, a written return authorization is required prior to returning items. Unauthorized returns will be returned back to sender. Returns or exchange requests for items not fitting your expectations are NOT ACCEPTED, all items are fully disclosed as western fashion accessories and shown in detail; clothing items are invoiced for customer review prior to payment for any sizing issues, they must be addressed at that time, items are invoiced based on customer claims during the sale.
For pickup or delivery orders, you are required to fully inspect your items at the time of pickup for any damaged or missing items, we fully inspect each item at the time of packaging therefore, we are not responsible for missing or damaged items after the customer departs the pickup area. If you are delegating someone to pickup your items for pickup you are delegating them responsibility over validating your order and items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unauthorized returns will be subject to return to sender shipping charges, they will not be accepted by our facility if the return has received prior approval.
Any manufacturer defects will be reported and credited once manufacturer or vendor has processed replacement if we don't have any stock on hand. Any items that surpass the reporting timeframe will be considered wear and tear with no offer of credit or replacement, sale will be final. Returns are not accepted for items more than 30% Off, any clothing items with available stock for exchange will be considered on stock basis but customer will be fully responsible for both shipping charges for exchange.
Shoes must be returned with the box they came in. Please do not tape your shipping label to the shoe box. It must be inside a shipping box.
Any broken items must be reported immediately upon receipt.
You must pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the original cost (i.e. our cost) of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items shipped free with incur a $10 restocking fee. You should consider using a carrier that offers a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. Colors of some items may be appear slightly different on different screens. This is not considered a defect. You will need to pay your own shipping back if you wish to return items for any reason.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@asdzaaboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping invoice after it is paid, you will be emailed a return shipping label, unless you have completed shipping arrangements, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 24 hours of receiving your items to contact us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, or items that you are not meeting your expectations, we fully disclose the jewelry is western fashion accessories, replicas of authentic jewelry and price differences is full disclosure itself.
Exchanges
Jewelry exchanges are not accepted, all sales are final. Clothing returns or exchanges are accepted upon prior approval for the return, the garment must be unworn, unwashed in the original packaging with the tags intact.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All returns will be subject to a 15% restock fee, customers requesting cancellations for any purchases not allotted the 7-14 business day shipping policy will also be subject to the 15% restock fee. Returns will only be provided store credit sent via email to use on your next purchase.
